Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Made-to-Order & Overseas Sourcing

At Bridal Separates NZ, our pieces are individually ordered from our overseas designers specifically for you. Because of the bespoke nature of these items, we do not offer refunds for changes of mind, style preferences, or event cancellations. We provide a comprehensive sizing and styling resource on our website to help you select your perfect pieces prior to ordering.

2. Exchanges (Case-by-Case Basis)

We understand that choosing bridal wear is an important decision. While we do not offer standard exchanges, we will consider requests for an exchange or store credit on a strict case-by-case basis.

You must email your exchange request to bridalseparatesnz@gmail.com within 7 days of your order being delivered.Items must be completely unaltered, unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition (free from makeup, fake tan, perfumes, or pet hair).Final approval for any exchange is at the sole discretion of Bridal Separates NZ.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

In accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, if an item arrives with a manufacturing fault, you are entitled to a remedy. For major faults, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund. For minor faults, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable timeframe. Please inspect your garments immediately upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if you notice any defects.

4. Return Shipping

Approved Exchanges: You are responsible for all tracked return shipping costs, as well as the shipping fees for any replacement item.

Faulty Items: Bridal Separates NZ will cover the return shipping costs for verified manufacturing defects.
