Ordering & Sizing

I've never bought bridal online. How do I know what size to order?

We provide detailed sizing information on every product, and we're always happy to help if you're unsure. Send us your measurements or get in touch before ordering—we'll guide you to the best fit.

How do I choose the right size?

Our garments are true to the manufacturer's size chart, however they are European sized and generally run smaller than standard New Zealand sizing.

Please check your measurements carefully before ordering, as you will likely need to order one or even two sizes larger than you would normally wear.

We strongly recommend referring to our size guide rather than choosing your usual clothing size. If you're unsure, we'd love to help. Simply send us your bust, waist and hip measurements, and we'll happily recommend the best size before you place your order.

What if I'm between sizes?

If you're between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size, particularly for structured pieces. If you're unsure, we'd love to help before you place your order.

Can I mix different sizes?

Absolutely.

One of the biggest advantages of bridal separates is being able to choose the size that fits your body best. Order different sizes for your top and skirt to create a look that's uniquely yours.

Shipping

Do you ship throughout New Zealand?

Yes. We carefully package and ship throughout New Zealand, so whether you're in Auckland, Invercargill or somewhere in between, your order will arrive beautifully presented. We’re also happy to ship to Australia and can individually quote for shipping.

How long will my order take?

Many pieces are available to order immediately, while others are made to order. Delivery times are shown on each product page. If your wedding date is approaching, please get in touch before ordering and we'll happily advise current timeframes.

Can you help me choose pieces?

Absolutely.

If you're unsure where to begin, we'd love to help. Whether it's selecting the right silhouette, pairing tops and skirts or choosing fabrics, we're only an email or phone call away.

Can I wear separates for a formal wedding?

Absolutely.

Bridal separates are incredibly versatile. Whether you're planning an intimate ceremony, vineyard celebration or black-tie wedding, separates allow you to create a look that's beautifully your own.

Can I return my order?

Because many of our garments are made to order, return eligibility varies by style. Please refer to our Returns Policy or contact us before ordering if you have any questions—we're always happy to help.

Appointments

Can I try the collection on?

If you're able to visit Hamilton, you're welcome to book a styling appointment at Bridal Gallery Hamilton to experience the collection in person.

If you're further afield, we're here to help remotely with sizing, styling advice and product recommendations.

This is a great way to subtly connect the two brands without overshadowing Bridal Separates.

I don't feel like a "traditional bride." Is Bridal Separates for me?
